Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep for a leading aftermarket LED lighting manufacturer specializing in accessory products for motorsport vehicles. This position is responsible for providing best-in-class customer service, guiding customers through a wide range of products, and assisting them with orders.

This is a full time, in-office position located in Youngsville, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F. The pay rate is $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities and Duties

- Work in your personal office where you can focus and assist customers

- Communicating with customers through email or chat, over the phone or on social media

- Guide customers through products, confirm fitments, and help create support tickets

- Assist other departments as needed

- Multi-task through different programs

- Multi-task typing and talking

Requirements

- High School Diploma

- Excellent Data Entry Skills

- Microsoft Office Knowledge

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
